Welcome to April Eleven! By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all April Eleven products, including but not limited to:

• BucketPal - Personal goal management application
• LiveMarquee - Dynamic scrolling text display application
• 3Things - Daily focus and productivity application
• Any future applications or services developed by April Eleven

April Eleven is an independent app development studio dedicated to creating thoughtful, privacy-focused mobile applications that help people live more intentionally and productively. We are committed to user privacy, data security, and delivering high-quality experiences.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services
• Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent
• Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Account and Registration

• Most of our Services do not require user registration or account creation
• BucketPal allows optional profile setup (username, birthday, profile photo)
